How can we help?

For BaiDrobe support, send a short description of the issue and the approximate time it happened. Please do not send full face, body, or outfit photos unless support specifically asks through an approved process.

What to include

  • App version and device model.
  • A short description of the issue.
  • Whether it involves photo import, wardrobe recognition, avatar creation, AI try-on, Credits, purchase restore, deletion, or sharing.
  • The approximate time of the failed action.

Photo and AI results

AI recognition and generation can be imperfect. Failed AI jobs should refund spent Credits when no usable output is delivered after purchase and Credit tracking are enabled.

Purchases

App Store refunds and subscription management are handled by Apple. Restore purchases must use verified App Store transaction records after the backend is enabled.

Device changes

The current version does not provide cloud wardrobe sync. If you change phones, use iPhone migration or iCloud Backup restore before erasing the old device.

Privacy and legal

Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for launch data, AI processing, purchase, and local-storage boundaries.
