Data we process
The app may process outfit photos, clothing labels, clothing-region edits, avatar reference photos if you choose to create them, generated outfit images, saved look records, favorites, closet metadata, AI job status, diagnostics, and purchase or entitlement records when paid features are enabled.
How we use data
- Recognize clothing in user-provided photos.
- Create and edit wardrobe items.
- Create AI try-on and outfit remix results.
- Save local outfit history and lookbook exports.
- Verify purchases, restore entitlements, and reconcile refunds when paid features are enabled.
- Provide support, debug failures, and protect the AI service from abuse.
Photos and AI processing
Photos are used to create wardrobe recognition and AI outfit results. BaiDrobe does not sell user photos. AI features may send photos, prompts, and related metadata to AI service providers for recognition, avatar reference creation, try-on generation, and safety enforcement.
Current launch AI processing uses a hosted BaiDrobe AI endpoint at ai.baidrobe.com, which sends requests to the AI providers used for each feature. Provider details may change as the beta moves from internal testing to production. This policy will be updated when production processors and retention terms are finalized.
Local storage and device changes
The current version does not provide cloud wardrobe sync. Wardrobe records and saved images are stored locally on the device unless a later version clearly introduces cloud storage.
If you change phones, use iPhone migration or iCloud Backup restore before erasing the old device. A fresh install on a new device may not include previous local wardrobe data.
Purchases and subscriptions
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. BaiDrobe may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, entitlement state, and Credit ledger information needed to verify purchases, restore access, grant Credits, and reconcile refunds.
Sharing
When you use the system share sheet, you choose where the exported image is sent. BaiDrobe does not operate a public community feed in the current launch version.
Advertising and tracking
The launch version does not use interstitial ads, ad SDKs, IDFA-based tracking, or cross-app tracking. If ads or analytics SDKs are added later, this policy and App Store privacy details will be updated before release.
Retention and deletion
Local-only data remains on your device until you delete it, reset app data, or uninstall the app. AI providers and purchase systems may retain limited records according to their own service, security, refund, or legal requirements.
Account-level cloud deletion is not presented as a live feature until account and cloud storage systems are enabled. Local deletion is available in the app for local records.
Children
BaiDrobe is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app, AI providers, purchase systems, or storage behavior changes. Material updates will be reflected here and in the app when required.
